Ribs are Mantastic

There are relatively few times in your life where you build something up in your head and it lives up to those expectations. Under most circumstances it lacks something that makes it great. Well tonight was not one of those nights. The tender care I put into marinating ribs for 2 days in my special sauce, the 3.5 hours of slow cook and basting the meat, all led to the best meal I think I have made. As a self proclaimed chef, these are nights that you remember forever.
